Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Simple Blood Pressure. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, or if these Terms are not permitted or enforceable where you are located, do not use the app.
1. Purpose of the App
Simple Blood Pressure is provided only for personal tracking and informational purposes. The app allows you to record and view blood pressure-related information that you choose to enter.
Simple Blood Pressure is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, recommendations, emergency guidance, clinical interpretation, or health monitoring.
2. No Medical Advice
Information shown in the app must not be relied on as medical advice or as a substitute for professional healthcare judgment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about blood pressure concerns, symptoms, medication, treatment, lifestyle changes, or medical decisions.
3. Emergencies
Simple Blood Pressure is not intended for emergencies. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately or seek urgent medical attention.
Do not rely on the app during an emergency.
4. Your Responsibility
You use Simple Blood Pressure entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for:
- The information you enter into the app
- How you interpret or use information displayed by the app
- Any health, medical, medication, lifestyle, or treatment decisions you make
- Seeking professional medical advice when needed
- Contacting emergency services in a medical emergency
- Protecting your device, Apple ID, iCloud account, and app data
5. No Warranty
Simple Blood Pressure is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not guarantee that the app will be accurate, complete, reliable, available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with all devices, or free from data loss, corruption, bugs, delays, sync issues, or other problems.
6. No Liability for Injury, Misuse, or Harm
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simple Blood Pressure, its developer, owner, affiliates, representatives, and related parties are not liable at all for any injury, harm, loss, damage, claim, medical outcome, health issue, death, data loss, or other consequence arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, reliance on, or misuse of the app.
This includes, without limitation, any injury, illness, worsening health, medical emergency, delayed medical care, failure to seek medical care, incorrect interpretation of information, incorrect data entry, reliance on blood pressure readings or trends, medication decisions, treatment decisions, lifestyle decisions, misuse of the app, unauthorized use of the app, device issues, iCloud issues, sync issues, software bugs, data loss, data corruption, or app errors.
You agree that you use Simple Blood Pressure entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you use the app, how you interpret any information in the app, and any decisions or actions you take based on the app.
Simple Blood Pressure is not responsible for any misuse of the app by you or by any other person, including use for medical, emergency, diagnostic, treatment, monitoring, or decision-making purposes.
7. Use Prohibited Where Liability Limits Are Not Enforceable
Simple Blood Pressure is offered only in jurisdictions where the disclaimers, warranty exclusions, and liability limitations in these Terms are permitted and enforceable.
If the laws of your country, state, province, territory, or other jurisdiction do not allow these disclaimers, warranty exclusions, or liability limitations to apply as written, then you are not permitted to download, access, or use Simple Blood Pressure.
Where any limitation cannot be fully excluded despite the restriction above, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Your Data
Your data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining access to and backups of your own data.
We are not responsible for data loss, deletion, corruption, failed syncing, iCloud settings, device damage, account issues, or loss of access to your device or Apple ID.

9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app in a way that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Interferes with or disrupts the app
- Attempts to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law
- Uses the app for unlawful, harmful, misleading, medical, or emergency purposes
- Relies on the app as a replacement for professional medical care
10. Intellectual Property
Simple Blood Pressure, including its design, features, text, graphics, code, and other content, is owned by its developer or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on Apple services, including iCloud, device storage, operating system features, and the App Store. We are not responsible for Apple services, iCloud availability, device settings, operating system behavior, third-party terms, third-party privacy practices, or issues caused by third-party services.
12. Changes and Termination
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate way. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the app developer is located, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
