Getting Started
Simple Blood Pressure helps you record and review your own blood pressure entries. The app is intended for personal tracking and informational use only.
Important: Simple Blood Pressure is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or clinical interpretation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns or medical decisions.
How to Use the App
How do I add a blood pressure reading?
Open the app and use the option to add a new reading. Enter your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate if available, and any notes you want to remember. Save the entry when finished.
What do systolic and diastolic mean?
Systolic is the top number in a blood pressure reading. Diastolic is the bottom number. The app lets you record these values for personal tracking, but it does not interpret them as medical advice.
Can I add notes or symptoms?
Yes. If the app provides a notes field, you can use it to record context such as how you felt, what you were doing, or other details you want to remember.
How do I review previous readings?
Open the app and view your saved entries. Depending on the app version, your readings may be shown in a list, summary, or trend view.
Can I edit or delete an entry?
If editing or deleting is available in your app version, select the saved entry and choose the edit or delete option. Deleted entries may not be recoverable.
